The National Agribusiness Summit 2025 has been repositioned as a high-level Public-Private Dialogue (PPD) platform that fosters joint action among government, private sector, development partners, and counties. Reflecting Kenya’s evolving agricultural priorities, the Summit now focuses on enterprise, innovation, and market-driven transformation across the agri-food ecosystem.

This shift, from the National Agriculture Summit to the National Agribusiness Summit acknowledges that agriculture is no longer just about production. It encompasses value addition, finance, trade, youth employment, digitalization, and climate resilience. The new name signals a future-facing platform aligned with Kenya’s vision of agriculture as a driver of inclusive growth, investment, and sustainability.

Building on the momentum of the 2024 Summit, the 2025 edition aims to deepen action in key areas such as policy reform, innovation, finance, and structured partnerships. The program will feature Executive Roundtables, Policy Commitment Sessions, an Agribusiness Expo, and will culminate in the prestigious National Agribusiness Excellence Awards, recognizing innovation and excellence across the sector.

The National Agribusiness Summit is organized by Agriculture Sector Network (ASNET) in partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development.
